Supplements Galore.

Writing helps me to escape negative self judgement as I make progress to healing my body. I am taking 13 supplements a day at varying times. I store them all in this extensive medicine organizer. Two phenomenon here, one I feel like my dad who doesn't eat much and relies solely on supplements, in which my whole family thinks is odd. And it is hard for me to sort which supplements go into which time of day. Between emotions and strategy, organizing my supplements was quite a chore. Jacob, with all the love in his heart, both helped me do it the first couple of times and made a graph for me to follow that will make it easier. This struggle aside, something else was brewing underneath. Something that could not be solved with a graph.

I was feeling a bit like a medicine case. Like, if I was normal, if I was healthy, I wouldn't need all of this. How could I have let myself go this far? But then I remembered that this is a rabbit hole into negativity and it's not going to change what I need to do to feel better. So I straightened up my posture, took a deep breath, and remembered that my body was telling me it needed help and that I am helping it.

Once I let go (mostly), of these feelings that were no longer serving me, I got the hang of putting the supplements in the right spots and even came up with a little song to do it. (To the chorus of, "Drugs" by Tai Verdes), "Sometimes I do drugs, not hard ones, just ones that heal my hormones." It's a bop really that always gets me to sway my hips as I put each supplement in each spot. I still have some residual feelings to conquer, but I've put my mind to conquering them, so that's exactly what I'll do damn it!

Below is a list of all the supplements I am taking and why I am taking them. I get them from this website called Fullscript- except my CBD, that is from Lazarus Naturals. Both are third party tested so you are assured to get the same dosage and ingredients. Please note that this is not a personal recommendation and to please speak with your doctor before you try anything. I just think it is so interesting!
